For those who study film or work in the film industry, it is possible to apply for accreditation to the film festival. You can do this between 20 September and 28 November. If you are granted accreditation for UEFF’s film program, you can pick up your accreditation from the first day of the film festival at Folkets Bio Umeå’s box office on level 4 in Kulturhuset Väven during the box office’s opening hours.
An accreditation costs SEK 250, this is paid when you come and collect your passport, you will receive a receipt on the spot. If you do not pick up your passport, we will send you an invoice for the cost during December.
To see a film, collect your ticket from a box office on the same day as the screening by showing your accreditation, the accreditation must be presented together with your ticket upon admission. (NOTE! The accreditation only applies to 1 ticket per screening).
No accreditation is required to participate in the Industry Day or other program items for the industry. These are free and you register via Film i Västerbotten. Registration to Film I Västerbottens industry program will open later this fall and the link will be here.
We handle applications on an ongoing basis. Upon approval, more information about your accreditation during the festival is attached. Do you have questions? Get in touch with us at info(a)ueff.se.
