Apply for Industry accreditation at Umeå Film Festival 2024
For those who study film or work in the film industry, it is possible to apply for accreditation to the film festival. You can do this between 25th September and 20 November. If you are granted accreditation for UEFF’s film program, you can pick up your accreditation from the first day of the film festival at Kulturhuset Väven.
An accreditation costs SEK 250, you will pay this when you arrive at the festival area, you will receive a receipt on the spot. You can also choose to pay with a invoice that will arrive in December. If you do not pick up your passport, we will send you an invoice for the cost during December.
To see a film, collect your ticket from a box office on the same day as the screening by showing your accreditation, the accreditation must be presented together with your ticket upon admission. (NOTE! The accreditation only applies to 1 ticket per screening).
No accreditation is required to participate in the Industry Day or other program items for the industry. These are free and you register via Film i Västerbotten. Registration to Film I Västerbottens industry program will open later this fall and the link will be here. You need an accreditation to see film – so if there is a talk with an director or actor after a screening in a theater you need a ticket to enter.
We handle applications on an ongoing basis. It can take around 5 working days. Upon approval, more information about your accreditation during the festival is attached. Do you have questions? Get in touch with us at info(a)ueff.se.
