Piano concert and conversation with the lead actor after the screening in Mingla.
We round off this year’s film festival by offering a piano concert together with the pianist and actor Tymoteusz Bies in Mingla at Folkets Bio Umeå. Bies plays the lead role in our closing film Bread and Salt and is a trained pianist at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowic. He will come to Umeå during the last day of the festival to answer questions after the screening and play some selected pieces for us.
We offer mingling in connection with the concert. The film and the performance are shown in collaboration with the Polish Institute and Norrlandsoperan.
