Bullets is a film about dreams, friendship and vulnerability. We meet 12-year-old Abdel, who dreams of becoming a veterinarian. In the area where Abdel lives, one must constantly prove one’s masculinity and loyalty. Abdel, together with his best friend Bashir, reluctantly begins to help some elderly criminals in the area. The situation worsens when some of their actions lead to tragic consequences. The more Abdel is drawn into the criminal dealings between the gangs, the more distant his dreams become.
