When Hanna moves to San Francisco, she falls in love with the city’s vibrant queer scene. At a party she meets Chloe and Cyd who are both sex workers. Hanna is attracted both by her own sexual curiosity and the large sums of money her friends bring in when she, together with Chloe, starts her new life as a sex worker. But while she feels that she has found home, it rubs her that no one from Sweden knows what she does. Would they understand? Tove Pills explores a queer community that challenges views on sex and work.
