Finland’s most popular director Klaus Härö is back with a new moving drama film about timeless love. We get to know Howard, a retired sea captain, now stationed in a beautiful house on the Irish coast. Among the disk mountains and dust clouds, he mutters – a grumpy, unpleasant and introverted person who misses his old nomadic life on the sea.
At the same time, his daughter Grace sees her own life slowly disappearing as she constantly has to go to her father’s house to clean and wash. She hires Annie as a housekeeper to relieve herself and have time for herself. But when Howard and Annie’s relationship becomes more and more romantic, she quickly regrets her decision – what does Annie really have in her sights? And why has Grace herself never gotten to see the side her father shows to Annie?
