Two spirited sisters, Julia, age 4, and Carmen, age 8, discover a magical passage to the Kingdom of Winds, a fantastical world from the storybook they’re reading. Upon entering, the girls are transformed into cats and become separated. To reunite, become human again, and return to their real world, the cat-girls enlist the help of the singer Selma. Together, they embark on an exciting adventure through the Kingdom of Winds. They must be brave as they seek out the wizard Sirocco, master of winds and storms, who might be able to help them…
