Sophia is 40 years old and a professor of philosophy, she mainly lectures on philosophers’ views on love and lives herself in a stable, loving relationship with Xavier. For ten years they have stayed together and outwardly appear to be a perfect couple. But then Sylvain appears, the craftsman who will renovate their holiday home and Sophia’s world is turned upside down.
This is a modern love story with lots of humor and innovative photography. Monia Chokri (My Brother and Jag) has here written the year’s most charming film about trying to understand love.
