It’s a gorgeously crafted portrayal of a life journey that never loses focus on its central character and her choices—from relationships and romances to career paths and heartbreaks—all set against the backdrop of the enchanting, breathtaking scenery, which almost becomes a character in itself. The storytelling is grand, with a magical aura permeating the entire narrative. Sorrentino is a director obsessed with beauty, and when it clicks, he truly succeeds in conveying it.
