\nTickets<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Buy online: At ueff.se, click \u201cticket\u201d in the schedule or in a film\u2019s information page. You\u2019ll be redirected to bio.se, where you complete your purchase (your ticket will be sent to your email).
\n\u2013 Buy on site: At Folkets Bio Ume\u00e5 (Level 4, V\u00e4ven) from the program release date, or V\u00e4venscenen (Level 1) during the festival.<\/p>\n

* Reduced tickets apply to students, seniors, unemployed persons, and youth up to and including 20 years old, with valid ID.
\n** The Five Films Card is valid only for regular screenings, children\u2019s films, and the silent film concert. It does not apply to Sing Along, Dinner and a Movie, Eraserhead Xiu Xiu, With Ackja and Reindeer in Inka L\u00e4ntha\u2019s Winter Land, or the opening film. You can only collect one ticket per screening. Present your card at any festival box office to have it stamped and receive your ticket.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nImportant Information<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Booked tickets must be collected no later than 30 minutes before the screening, otherwise your seat will be released.
\n\u2013 Last Minute: For sold-out screenings, any unclaimed tickets will be sold at the door shortly before start time (Swish payment).
\n\u2013 Free tickets & Five Films Card: Collect your ticket at the box office and show your card\/free ticket as payment. The Five Films Card is not valid for the opening film, Dinner and a Movie, Eraserhead Xiu Xiu, or the silent film concert.
\n\u2013 Cineville cards are valid for selected screenings during the festival week!

Five Films Card<\/strong>
\nDuring the festival, you can purchase the Five Films Card at the Folkets Bio Ume\u00e5 box office. After buying it, you can show the card at a festival box office as payment for the film you want to see. It cannot be used for online purchases\u2014you\u2019ll need to reserve your seat and collect the ticket in person. The card is not valid for the opening film, Dinner and a Movie, Eraserhead Xiu Xiu, or With Ackja and Reindeer in Inka L\u00e4ntha\u2019s Winter Land.<\/p>\n

\nCineville<\/strong>
\nCineville is a subscription that gives you unlimited cinema visits for just 295 SEK\/month (250 SEK if you\u2019re under 28). Folkets Bio Ume\u00e5 (who runs Ume\u00e5 Filmfestival) is the newest member of Cineville, now available at 23 cinemas across Sweden. We\u2019re giving the card a great start\u2014it\u2019s valid for selected screenings at the Ume\u00e5 Film Festival! Learn more and get your card at cinevillebio.se<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nDraken Film<\/strong>
\nUme\u00e5 Film Festival collaborates with Draken Film to offer a digital festival pass featuring selected titles from the Perspectives from the North section. A digital festival pass costs 199 SEK and gives you access to the films for two weeks, from Dec 1\u201314. Read more at drakenfilm.se\/ueff<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nAge Limit<\/strong>
\nSince many of the films shown during the festival have not gone through the official Swedish age rating process, there is a general age limit of 15 years. Exceptions apply for children\u2019s and youth films, as well as certain titles and events.<\/p>\n

\nRefunds<\/strong>
\nPurchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If a screening is canceled, you will receive a replacement ticket for another screening. Refunds are not possible.<\/p>\n

\nAccreditation<\/strong>
\nIf you study film or work in the film industry, you can apply for festival accreditation. Pick up your accreditation badge at the accreditation desk at Folkets Bio Ume\u00e5 (Level 4, Kulturhuset V\u00e4ven). Read more<\/a>.<\/p>\n
