Awards
Umeå Film Festival awards three prizes each year during the film festival. Storspoven of SEK 25,000 given to the best film in the section Perspective from the north. Since 2021, we also hand out the School Cinema Audience Award, where high school students in Umeå got to vote for their favorite of the nominated films for Storspoven.

Anna G. Magnúsdóttir
Anna is an Icelandic-Swedish producer and founder of LittleBig Productions and Film Partner Iceland. An alumna of EAVE and ACE, she has produced over 20 acclaimed films and works actively with Nordic and international co-productions.
Mika Anttolainen
Mika is the director of the Oulu International Children’s and Youth Film Festival. As a contrast to children’s films, he was involved for 20 years with IIK!! Horror Film Festival in Ii.
Katrin Mörk
Katrin is the producer of the Tempo Documentary Festival with a background in film, culture, and event production, including work as a producer for the Stockholm International Film Festival.
